Terms of use
Last updated October 12, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Itemlift for using the Itemlift Chrome extension and service ("Itemlift"). By installing or using Itemlift, you agree to them. If you use Itemlift for a business or for clients, you agree for that business too.
What Itemlift does
Itemlift lets you view and change products and services in QuickBooks Online companies you connect, using Intuit's official connection. It shows a preview before saving and keeps a change log for undo.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect companies you're allowed to manage, and use Itemlift only as their owner or with their permission.
- Check the preview before saving. You're responsible for the changes you choose to make and for your (or your clients') books.
- Keep your Intuit login safe. Don't try to break, overload or get around Itemlift's security, or use it to break any law or Intuit's terms.
Beta
Itemlift is in beta. It's free during the beta, and features may change. We'll tell beta users before any paid plans start, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Payments (once paid plans start)
Prices will be shown before you buy. Payments will be handled by a payment provider, and you can cancel at any time; you'll keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Your data
Your QuickBooks data stays yours. Itemlift only uses it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
QuickBooks and Intuit
Itemlift isn't made, sponsored or endorsed by Intuit. Your use of QuickBooks Online is covered by your agreement with Intuit. If Intuit changes or limits its service or its connection, parts of Itemlift may stop working.
No warranty
Itemlift is provided "as is". We work hard to make it safe, with previews, undo and protections for past transactions, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or always available, and undo can't restore items that were changed again outside Itemlift. Keep your own records, and back up important data.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Itemlift isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Itemlift in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).
Ending your use
You can stop using Itemlift, disconnect companies or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect Itemlift, its users or Intuit's systems.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date, and big changes will be announced in Itemlift. Using Itemlift after a change means you accept it.
